My Approach
What is CBT Therapy?
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a type of talking therapy that can help to improve your mental health. It aims to change negative thoughts and beliefs you may have that can affect how you feel and behave. You’ll learn skills in CBT that may help you for the rest of your life.
My Approach
I apply a solution focused, action oriented and compassionate approach when working with my clients’ emotional issues to help them overcome any unhealthy negative thinking and behaviour patterns causing emotional problems in their present life.

My integrative and holistic approach is incorporating different techniques from; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Paradoxical Approaches, Quantum Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.
